Toni Allbritton
Practice Manager
Toni Allbritton has been employed with Darsey, Black and Associates since January 2013. Prior to joining the organization, Toni accrued over ten years of experience in office management within behavioral health offices.
Toni currently serves as the Office Manager at Darsey, Black and Associates. She is committed to the mission and values of the organization, and strives to ensure the organization makes ongoing improvements and achieves compliance.
Toni resides with her husband, Matthew, and daughters, Alexandria and Emme in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
Christina Scott
Front Office Manager, Assistant Program Coordinator
Christina is an “Army Brat” who resides in Hinesville with her husband and two children. She has been employed with Darsey, Black and Associates since 2016. She received her certification as a Medical Front Office Assistant from Savannah Technical College. Christina brings to the team a meticulous, patient-oriented approach, placing our client’s needs foremost. Her willingness to help others and work as a team brings a positive energy to the company. Christina is our Front Office Manager.
Dominique Sibley, MA
CEO/Program Coordinator
Dominique has been a resident of Hinesville, GA for 21 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Young Harris College, and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree at Armstrong State University.
Her ambition and drive has allowed our programs to grow within the community and several counties. She works well under pressure, and her ability to learn and demonstrate key characteristics is what makes her a valuable member of the DBA team. Along with being the Assistant Office Manager, Dominique is the Program Coordinator for our CCFA, Wrap, and Sex Offender programs.
Tommy Black, PhD, LPC - Owner
Dr. Tommy Black is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in private practice since 1998. Currently he serves as a member of the Georgia Composite Board for Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists. He also serves as the Chair of the Rules Committee and on the Advisory Panel for the National Board of Forensic Evaluators.
Dr. Black has extensive experience and training in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, REBT, and DBT. He works with a myriad of life issues but has particular expertise in Grief/Loss, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Impulse Control Issues, Relationship difficulties, and Adjustment Difficulties.
Sarah Anderson, MA, LPC
Clinical Training Coordinator
Sarah Anderson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. She has been with Darsey, Black & Associates for nearly four years after coming to coastal Georgia as a military spouse. Sarah works with couples, families, adults, and children and currently provides various assessments, evaluations, and in-home therapy services.
Rebecca Morris, MSW, LCSW
Assistant Clinical Supervisor
Rebecca Morris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing comprehensive clinical mental health services since 1999. Born and raised in New York, Rebecca moved to Georgia in 2004 as a military spouse. She has extensive experience working with military individuals, couples, and families. Rebecca works from a strengths-based and cognitive-behavioral perspective in which services are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual and family.
Individuals will benefit from a safe place to explore their emotions and increase their awareness in an effort to improve daily functioning and preserve relationships with others. Rebecca also assists in developing policies and providing supervision in order to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of services offered by our agency.
Creighton Roberts, MA, LPC
Clinical Associate
Creighton Roberts is a native of Coastal Georgia. He attended St. Leo University, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Human Resources. Creighton went on to obtain two Master’s degree: one in Public Administration, from Columbus State University and the other in Clinical Counseling, from South University.
Jason Nietzke, MA, LPC
Clinical Associate
Jason Nietzke is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in private practice since 2010. Jason earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Specialization from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Over the past several years, Jason has worked in-patient, traditional out-patient, as well as provided in home therapy for at risk youth with severe emotional and behavioral problems.
He believes in a systems approach, utilizing teams consisting of family members, teachers, and other professionals to best meet your needs. Jason’s strengths include quick and thorough assessments of anger, marriage, domestic violence, mental health, substance abuse, and sexual issues to insure you receive the most comprehensive and appropriate services necessary to aid you in overcoming your concerns.
Renee Sylvester, MA, LPC

Renee Sylvester has been with Darsey, Black and Associates for nearly 10 years. Renee specializes in assessing the needs of individuals and families, many of whom are involved with the Department of Family and Children Services. Renee has also had training and experience in the assessment and treatment of sexual abuse victims and perpetrators. In addition to her position as a counselor with our Agency, Renee is also employed as an adjunct instructor in the Psychology Department at South University in Savannah. She lives in Long County with her husband, daughter, and many animals.

Krystal Horton, MEd, LPC
Clinical Associate
Krystal Horton is a native of Coastal Georgia who graduated from Bradwell Institute before studying at Georgia Southern University. She provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with emotional issues such as Anxiety, Depression, or Adjustment. Krystal’s therapeutic techniques have assisted her clients in developing healthy coping skills and improved self-esteem. She has also had success in working with adolescents who engage in self-harming behaviors and with individuals suffering from chronic illness.

Natasha Simmons, LMSW
Natasha Simmons is a Licensed Master Social Worker and obtained her Masters in Social Work with a focus in Trauma and Interpersonal Violence, which she paralleled with Child and Family at Simmons University. She is currently working toward completing her Doctorate degree in Community Care and Counseling/Traumatology to further enhance her techniques and skills in working with those she encounters whom have experienced trauma. Natasha has an interest in the effects of trauma with individuals and the effects it has on relationships and one’s ability to interact with others and within society.
She utilizes a Strength-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach with and provides services to children, adolescents and adults, individually, as couples and as a family, within the home and in the office.io coming soon.
Robert McDaniel, LPC
Clinical Associate
Matt McDaniel is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in practice since 2017. Matt earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University-Savannah. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology for the Dual Enrollment Program throughout Savannah for Point University.
Matt has experience and training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy while also pulling from several other evidenced-based theories for a varied approach to counseling. He has a history of working with individuals who have a history of PTSD, ADHD, school/behavior problems, Personality Disorders, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorders, Substance Abuse and Dependence Disorders, Sexual Abuse, Sexual Perpetration, Impulse Control Disorders, Relationship difficulties, Adjustment difficulties, and Grief/Loss.
Matt is also a veteran of the U.S. Army and was deployed multiple times in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom during his ten-year career. He has the knowledge and understanding to help service members, their families, and veterans as they cope with the unique challenges they may face.
Over the past several years, Matt has worked in group homes, a traditional out-patient setting, as well as provided in home therapy. Matt’s strength’s include co-parenting classes, family therapy to strengthen bonds between parents and children, Reunification Therapy, adjusting to and navigating divorce, Coercive Control, (such as psychological, sexual, physical and, emotional abuse) anger management classes, substance abuse classes, teenagers, individuals, and couples.
Terri Butler, MS, LPC
Clinical Associate
Terri is a native of Georgia. She was a stay home mom who raised 6 children ages 26 through 40. Terri waited until her children were grown before attending school and entering the professional work force. She completed a Bachelors degree in 2015 and Master’s degrees in 2018; both from Liberty University.
After working at Darsey, Black and Associates for nearly 6 years, Terri became a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in May 2022. She has experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples. Terri uses an eclectic approach by utilizing interventions from a variety of therapeutic approaches.
